I have been writing about golf courses and resorts for the past 25 years and have experienced some of the most amazing places in the United States. Originally from New York, I currently reside with my wife Janet and son Lawrence in Philadelphia.
Although I have not played all of the so-called top 100 courses in the United States, some of my personal favorites are: Pine Valley, Merion, Prairie Dunes, Spyglass Hill, Muirfield Village, The Club at Black Rock, Congressional, Galloway National, Lookaway, Princeville, National Golf Links of America, Oakmont, Olympic Club, Philadelphia Cricket, Shinnecock Hills and Whistling Straits.
